  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check in is at 2 PM and check out is at 10 AM

    If you arrive before check-in or if your check-out is before your departure time, you are welcome to store your luggage in our designated luggage room and use the hotel’s facilities until your check-in or departure time.

  • ¿Tienen política de late check-out?

    Late check-out is subject to availability and is charged at 30% of the value per night until 2 pm, or at 50% of the value per night until 6 pm of the booked apartment category.

  • Is there a storage room to leave skiing equipment or gear?

    Yes, we have a storage room that all guests can use to leave their skiing equipment or gear.

  • Do you have a smoke free policy?

    All apartments are smoke-free. According to municipal ordinance 1357/94, smoking is prohibited within the hotel premises.

  • Do you have on-site parking?

    Yes, the hotel has a free, secure indoor parking. Parking spaces are subject to availability and it is not possible to book them in advance.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellation Policy during Ski Season (July 1 to September 30)

    • Cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in will not incur any charges.
    • In the case of a no-show, a fee equivalent to 100% of the stay will be charged.
    • Early departures will be subject to a fee equivalent to 100% of the stay.

    Cancellation Policy during the rest of the year (excluding Ski Season)

    • Cancellations made at least 15 days before check-in will not incur any charges.
    • Cancellations between 14 and 8 days before check-in will result in a penalty of 50% of the stay.
    • Cancellations between 7 and 0 days before check-in will result in a penalty of 100% of the stay.
    • In the case of a no-show, a fee equivalent to 100% of the stay will be charged.
    • Early departures will be subject to a fee equivalent to 100% of the stay.

    Child Policy:

    Children under 2 years old will be provided with a crib at no extra cost. If they occupy a bed, they will be considered adults, and the corresponding accommodation fee will apply.

Common Areas & Apartments

  • What are the opening/ closing hours of the spa and fitness area?

    The spa and fitness center are open everyday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM

    You can book a massage or treatment from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

    Please keep in mind that minors under the age of 18 have to be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • What time is breakfast served? Do you have veggie, gluten-free and lactose intolerant options?

    A buffet breakfast is served everyday from 7 AM to 10 AM

    Yes, we offer our guests a variety of veggie, gluten free and lactose intolerant options so that they can start their day full of energy.

  • Are there TV’s in the apartments?

    Yes, there are TVs set up in the living area, but not all of them are Smart TVs. All apartments have Cable TV.

  • Do the apartments have a bidet?

    Yes, they do.

  • Do the apartments have bathtubs?

    Yes, they do.

    When staying in a 2-bedroom apartment, the master suite has a bathtub, and the second bathroom has a shower.
